Butchers to the Queen, Donald Russell, return to our screens with this new spot directed by Yann Secouet through production company 76ltd.
According to the butchers themselves they are notoriously picky and "only the best of the best makes the Donald Russell grade" (as one would hope if they are supplying HRH with her Sunday Roast).
And the moth-watering high-speed close-ups of their award-winning cuts of beef required sound to match, with subtle foley used to further attack the senses.
Clearly they are as discerning with their sound design as they are with their meat.
